Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain powdered particles which can uniformly disperse water-insoluble materials in water, by mixing a composite substance consisting of crystal cellulose and an anionic high molecular compound with fat in the presence of water and then evaporating water. CONSTITUTION:Crystal cellulose and a swelling disintegrator such as anionic high molecular compound compartible with the crystal cellulose are ground and kneaded in the presence of water, and dried to obtain a composite substance. The composite substance and a material to be dispersed are kneaded by means of a kneader, then water is added and mixing and stirring are carried out. The resulting mixture is heated to evaporate water. If necessary, the products are sieved to obtain powdered particles having self-fluidity. The so-produced composite substance are highly absorption-wettability and instantly swell in water 5-10 times or much times the volume without shearing force, and the composite substances are made possible to disperse in liquid for materials to be dispersed.
