Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the control of air conditioning, by providing a switching unit for selecting various regions of air-conditioning physical quantities and by picking up a measured quantity from an A-D converter.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature of piping of a cold/hot water circuit is measured as an analogue to a voltage by a temperature sensor 13. A temperature adjuster 14 can be set in stages and convert a decimal number into a binary code. The output of the temperature sensor 13 is amplified by an amplifier 15 and then changed into a digital quantity by the A-D converter 16. A control signal generator 21 compares the binary-coded signal of the temperature adjuster 14 with an input binary-coded signal from the switching unit 20. When there is a difference between these signals, an output switch 22 is closed. When there is no difference between them, the switch is opened. As a result, a motor 23, which is connected to a power source 24 through the output switch 22 to drive a compressor 1, is controlled.
