Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to hold a constant temperature automatically by cutting off a heat supply by closing the gate of a Triac by the output of a coincidence circuit when the temperature value of a temperature display unit agrees with a set temperature and then by applying the heat supply when the temperature of a constant-temperature box falls.
CONSTITUTION: In an automatic temperature controller which manufactures fermented food while adjusting automatically the inside of a constant-temperature box to a desired temperature, the output of temperature sensor I installed in the constant-temperature box is amplified by amplifying circuit II, and A/D converting circuit IV converts the voltage output into a digital signal; and then temperature-value converting circuit V converts it into a temperature value, and temperature display unit VI provides the display of the temperature inside the constant-temperature box. Temperature set switch VIII, on the other hand, sets a desired temperature value previously and when the temperature value of temperature display unit VI agrees with the set temperature value, the output of coincidence circuit VII closes the gate of Triac IX to turn OFF the AC power supply of heat supply X; and when the temperature in the constant-temprature box falls, the gate of Triac IX is opened to turn ON the AC power supply of heat supply X, thereby holding the constant voltage automatically.
