Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the heat collection effect and make work efficient, by providing a connector, a glass frame and a heat collector as basic components and placing heat- insulating walls on the four inside parts of a box-shaped space defined by the glass frame fitted on the connector. CONSTITUTION:The connector 2 is provided with support grooves 15 at both its sides, support sections 16 located over the grooves and a cover 17. An opening defined by the outside of the connector 2, the support grooves 15 and the support sections 16 serves as a dew drain. The connector 2 is assembled with the glass frame for a ridge, and intermediate part or eaves. After the connector 2 is installed on a heat-insulating roof, a required number of bars are attached to the coupled portions of the glass frame by utilizing outside lower support grooves between the adjacent connectors. A heat insulator 48 is provided between the connector and the ridge, eaves or the intermediate part and in a partition member.
