Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent generation of arc upon low-speed rotation and generation of chattering upon high-speed rotation surely by increasing an opening speed of contact points upon low-speed rotation of an engine and decreasing the same upon high- speed rotation of the engine. CONSTITUTION:A cam 7 is moved upwardly upon high-speed rotation of an engine and a heel 13 of a contact-arm 12 is urged to a portion 7d which is slower in an opening speed of the cam 7 while the cam 7 is moved downwardly upon low-speed rotation of the engine and the heel 13 is urged to a portion 7c which is faster in the opening speed of the cam 7. Thereby, the opening speed, after a contact-point of the contact-arm 12 is contacted with a fixed-side contact-point by the rotation of the cam 7, is slower compared to a rotating speed of a distributor shaft 1 upon high- speed rotation of the engine and is faster upon low-speed rotation of the engine.
