Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of black spots for improving the quality and the yield of the products, by using a water soluble organic solvent with low boiling point as a washing liquid for washing the skirt portion of a panel. CONSTITUTION:As a washing liquid for washing the skirt portion, an aqueous solution containing a water soluble organic solvent with a boiling point lower than 800 deg.C is used. In case of aqueous solution of alcohol, a concentration of about 20% is suitable. Thus, the occurrence of black spots can completely be prevented, so that the quality and the yield of the products can be improved.
