Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy of measurement, by making the body of a cell from a material of high absorbance. CONSTITUTION:The body 13 of a cell is made of black glass. Light-permeable glass members 15a, 15b are fuse-bonded on the side of the body 13 of the cell. Mask plates 14a, 14b made of black glass are fitted on the side of the body 13 so that a slit of length smaller than the circumference of the body 13 is defined by the mask plates. Therefore, each light does not proceed toward a detector 8. This results in raising the accuracy of measurement.
