Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the unnecessary excess pre-after-treatment and to manufacture one side plating sheet at a low price, by applying lipophilic flux solution on one side face of the steel sheet omitted pre-treatment and drying the then dipping the above sheet in molten metal bath. CONSTITUTION:Lipophilic flux solution, for example, 15-20% NH4Cl water solution added general-purpose surface active agent, on one hand face of the sheet 1 without carrying out pre-treatment, such as fat removing, pickling etc. and the sheet 1 is dried at about 100 deg.C.
