Abstract
PURPOSE:To positively prevent over-revolution, by mounting an over-revolution preventive circuit that suddenly delays ignition timing from some speed of revolution slightly exceeding regular use revolution ranges and continuously delays the ignition timing in proportion to the speed of revolution after that. CONSTITUTION:A thyristor 4 is conducted by ignition signals from an ignition signal generating circuit 7 within ordinary revolution speed ranges, and spark is formed at an ignition plug 6. When the speed of revolution of an engine increases and reaches an over-revolution range, a switching circuit 8 connected to a gate of the thyristor 4 is conducted, and the ignition signals are not applied by means of the switching circuit 8. Thus, the rise of revolution is suppressed because ignition timing is delayed. An angle of lag also augements more the more the degrees of over-revolution increase.
