Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the inside of the sintering furnace from being polluted by lubricants by providing an auxiliary feeder near a dewaxing furnace or its outlet and providing a sag to the belt in the portions between the dewaxing furnace and sintering furnace according to the inclination of the inlet and outlet of the furnaces.
CONSTITUTION: The auxiliary feeder is formed by such things as interposition of a belt 50 driven by a pulley 60 between the furnace bed of a dewaxing furnace 10 and a belt 30. Here, the belt 30 is fed together with the belt 50 owing to friction resistance. By this auxiliary feeder, a bendable sag is provided to the portions of the belt 30 between the dewaxing furnace 30 and sintering furnace 20 according to the inclination of the outlet and inlet 12, 21 of the furnace. This mechanism obviates the likelihood for pollution of the inside of the sintering furnace 20 by lubricants and facilitates automation from the powder molding machine to the sintering furnace 20.
