Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve anti-liquid-leak by interposing sealing agent impregnated with rust-preventing agent such as benzotriazol in the gap between a gasket as slealing part and a cell vessel and a metal sealing plate. CONSTITUTION:The anode mixture 1 mainly composed of silver oxide is stored in an anode can 4, and a separator 3 is loaded on the mixture 1, and the cathode agent 3 mainly composed of amalgamated zinc filled in a cathode terminal plate 5 is arranged. The anode can 4 and the cathode terminal plate 5 are sealed through an annular gasket 6, and thus a cell is formed. In the gap 8 between the surfaces on which the gasket 6 and the anode can 6 and the cathode terminal plate 5 contact, liquid sealing agent 7 impregnated with rust-preventing agent is filled. As this rust-preventing agent for sealing agent 7, benzotriazol, benzothiazol, and one kind or more of these derivatives are used.
