Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrict the generation of flange type over filling at the edge, by giving a strong reduction to the material over a specified length from the biting end, and by rolling the residual length correspondingly to the caliber breadth for the forming pass, and next, by giving a reduction to the material at the forming pass so as to make the biting end to the bite release end.
