Abstract
PURPOSE: To form the blank pipe of good shape with an O press of low load by C- forming the material to be formed then U- and O-forming the same to the specific forming length and undeformed band length without allowing the end part of the material and lower die contact with each other than the contact parts of both at all times during forming.
