Abstract

PURPOSE: To heat the resistance of coils per one phase and one pole to the upper temperature limit in a method of winding coils of a motor by dividing the coil into two or more serial coil group and altering the respective coil group conductor sectional areas.
CONSTITUTION: In a motor having two-pole 24-slot star-connection, the terminal is divided into plural taps U1∼U2 and U3∼U4, and the conductor sectional areas connected to the respective taps are altered in a variety. Thus, it can reduce the sectional area of the conductors per one pole and one phase of the motor to thereby increase the resistance of the conductors in inverse proportion to the reduced sectional area of the conductors to thus control the temperature to approach it to the upper limit.
