Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy by providing a memory circuit and a central processor unit.
CONSTITUTION: There is connected with an electrostatic capacity detecting circuit 12 through an amplifier 19, a switch 20, and AD converter and an interface circuit 22 a central processor unit 23 which in turn is connected with an output memory circuit 26 upon nonload for calibration, an electrode gap dislocation memory circuit 27 upon a rated load, a nonload electrode gap memory circuit 28 upon calibration, a dielectric constant memory circuit 29, an electrode facing area memory circuit 30, a change capacity memory circuit 31 upon a rated load and a gain feedback resistance memory circuit 32. With this construction, when the switch 20 is turned on, the outputs of the memory circuits 26 to 32 and the electrostatic capacity detecting circuit 12 are used to accomplish the preset calculations in the center processor unit 23. The feedback resistance for the calculated gain is fed back through a switching circuit 25 so that the accuracy is compensated even when the electrode gap is subjected to permanent change due to the elastic deformation of the block.
