Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain odorless composite material having good heat-sealability by melting olefin resin at lower temperature to extrude for lamination with base material through ethylenic ionomer resin layer. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous dispersion consisting of ethylenic ionomer is coated onto a surface of base material such as paper, cellophane and metal foil and dried so as to form coating having thickness of preferably 0.5-10mu. Then olefin resin such as polyethylene is melted for example at 200-300 deg.C and extruded for lamination. Preferable ethylenic ionomer consists of A) 96-90mol% of ethylene, and B) 4- 10mol% of alpha,beta-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, wherein at least 10% of the component B is neutralized by metal ion and/or ammonium ion.
