Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture the title core sheet of good flex resistance, molding properties, and shape retention, by incorporating polyethylene with an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer, and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer type elastomer to form into a sheet-like product.
CONSTITUTION: 100 parts by wt. of a composition consisting of (1) 20W70parts by wt. of polyethylene, (2) 20W60 parts by wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and (3) 5W40 parts by wt. of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer type thermoplastic elastomer is incorporated with a filler, lubricant, antioxident, and anti-heat deterioration agent, followed by heating and melting to obtain a homogeneous mixture; which is then formed into a sheet of 0.1W2mm thick by inflation or T-die method. A hot-melt type adhesive is coated on the single or both surfaces of the sheet.
