Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the water level fluctuations of effluent channels of sedimentation basins and perform stable control on the water intake side by fully opening the filtration flow control valve at the start of washing and slowly starting the influent valve after washing in the washing process of the gravity type filtering basins provided with (n) basins.
CONSTITUTION: In the washing process, a washing preparation command is outputted and a close command is emitted to an influent valve 20. At the same time, the flow control valve 22 under filtration flow control by a controller 15 is forcefully fully opened. In the influent process, the valve 20 is slowly started after the influent vavle 20 open command to avoid abrupt change in the water level of the effluent channel 2, so that the control on the water intake side may be sufficiently responded.
