The throttle 13 has the flowing resistance to the degree that the air pressure in the magnetic chamber 8 is not excessively changed to the external pressure when the air in the magnetic disc chamber 8 is increased or fallen in temperature, and the invasion of the moisture of external air due to diffusion into the magnetic disc chamber 8 can be avoided.
