Abstract

PURPOSE: To save power consumption of blower, the quantity to be supplied is controlled to a specified ratio of distribution by minimizing the resistance of piping independent of quantity variations in total supply.
CONSTITUTION: The flow meters 6-1, 6-2 at the outlet side detect the fluid passing through each distribution branch pipe. The output from the flow meter to the minimum signal selector 19 is as follows: a 100% flow rate set signal for branch pipe system which is not reached to 100% flow quantity; and a flow rate signal which is the output of the outlet side flow meter devided by the set value for the brance pipe system which reaches to 100% flow quantity. The selector 19 selects the munimum flow rate signal and provides it to the multiplier 20, which determines target values for each branch pipe system. Each multiplier 20 multiplies the low flow rate signal by a specific ratio, and the results are given as target values to the corresponding adjusters 16-1, 16-2 at the outlet side. If valve-open-signal from the flow control valves 5-1, 5-2 at the outlet side is below 100% in this condition, the open-degree determinator 14 provides a 100% open-set-signal to the flow control valves 5-1, 5-2 in each branch system.
