Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a weighing discharge apparatus which is capable of weighing material resin with a high accuracy while in no way impairing the properties by means of a limit switch for controlling the opening or closing of a changeover valve for changing the moving direction of the drive cylinder and the sluice valve connected to the weighing tank. CONSTITUTION:When a connecting rod 32 reaches the forward limit, a limit switch 42 works to open blocking valves 16 and 17 and close blocking valves 22 and 23. Thus, the connection 32 advances upward. In the retraction process of the rod, as oil 27 in the upper chamber of weighing tanks 18 and 19 is sucked by oil cylinders 33 and 34, a diaphragm 26 projected downward returns to the original position. Therefore, a material resin flows into the lower chamber of the weighing tanks 18 and 19 from material tanks 12 and 13. In this manner, during the advance of the drive cylinder 28, the material resin 11 is discharged from the weighing tanks 18 and 19 while during the retraction thereof, the material resin is weighed and let to flow into the weighing tanks 18 and 19 from the material tanks 12 and 13.
