Abstract
PURPOSE: To arbitrarily control the closing speed of a guide vane, by positioning a valve spool stopper of an oil pressure distributing valve, which controls the quantity of compressed oil driving a servo-motor for operating the guide vane, by means of an oil pressure machine with normal properties.
CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure distributing valve 3 and a servo-motor 6 for operating a guide vane are communicated by means of pipes l2, l6, and a molded cam 13 is mounted to a rod 12 of the servo-motor 6. A follower 14 of the molded cam 13 is upward stretched and connected to a link 15 in a revolution-free shape at a point P1, and portion materials 15a, 15b, 15c are link connected. An end portion of the portion material 15b is connected to an operation cylinder 16, and connected to a stopper 18 for positioning of a valve spool 4, which one end is pivotally installed by a point P4 and on which way a contact piece 11 of the valve spool 4 is contacted, at a point P5.
