Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the operation of speed change operable in a light handling method, in such manner with a switching operation of the change-over valve performed by a handling of the change lever to operate an actuation of the shift rod driving cylinder device and to acquire a required force for speed change through an assistance of the cylinder device.
CONSTITUTION: Between a change lever 3 and a shift rod 26, is intermediately located a cylinder device 27 for back-and-forth moving a changeover valve 13 and the shift rod 26 by the action of fluidic pressure. The above described change lever 3 actuates the change-over valve 13 switching its operation, and the switching operation of said change-over valve 13 inducts a fluidic pressure to the cylinder deivice 27, with a power assistance made for the shift rod 26, thus a speed change operation is made operable in a light handling method.
