Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain said regenerative apparatus for swarfs which pelletizes and recycles tape-like swarfs exhausted when both sdges of synthetic resin film are cut and removed. CONSTITUTION:Both edges 6 of the synthetic resin film cut by a cutter 5 are tied in a waste tape form 11 through a primary pinch roller 9 heated by a heater 10 and the surface of the tied wastes is fused. They are sent to a roll-and-cut apparatus 12 and rolled into a rod form through the second pinch roller 20 driven and rotated by a rotor 13 which is supported by frames A, B so that it may be free to rotate and interlocks with the first driving gear 14, a bevel gear 21 which is fitted so that it may be free to rotate around the rotor 13 and interlocks with the second driving gear 22 and a bevel gear 23 which rotates with the rotor and interlocks with the gear 21. Then, the rod material is cut into a pellet form by a fixed cutter 24 securely mounted on the outside of the frame B and a rotary cutter 25 pivoted so that it may be free to rotate on the outside of the fixed cutter.
