Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a wire unwinding device capable of absorbing excessive tention liable to occur in the initial stage of unwinding wire and preventing slack of wire generating from the above inertia force.
CONSTITUTION: This wire unwinding device 8 is composed of shaft core 9 provided in the center of drum 6, No.1 and No.2 arm 10, 11 fitted around this shaft core, being free in rotary motion, and coil spring 12 which intervenes between the above arms so as to hold the position of these arms at adquate angles. Hole 15 to pass wire 7 has been drilled on tip of each arm 10, 11. When the tension applied towire 7 increases, while wire 7 is atretched toward A direction, the opening angle beteen each arm 10, 11 decreases against elastic reaction of coil spring 12, resulting in the same rotary torque as the case before occurrence of large tension. When the tension applied to wire 7 is released, the opening angle between each arm 10, 11, returns to the original condition.
