Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a clear image by integrally forming an ink transfer film and a recording paper to whose smooth surface, perforation to be used for separation is provided, thereby improving handling of the nonrigid transfer film to eliminate wrinkles and rocking motion, then by removing the film along the perforatuon lines. CONSTITUTION:A solid ink layer 3 is coated on a base film 2 such as cellophane to form an ink transfer film 1. A smooth paper 13 on which the ink layer is thermotransferred is overlapped on the film 1. A recording surface 15 in the middle is lightly sealed or simply contacting, while the paper is adhered and secured to the film at the both ends 16a and 16b. The paper is removed from the film 1 along perforation lines after an ink image is thermotransferred on the recording surface 15. EFFECT:The size of the device can be reduced. USE:Printer for computer, and the like.
