Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a video head which has a high- precision gap and excellent performance, by using a metal magnetic material which can be obtained only in a thin plate shape. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic thin plate 8 and auxiliary core 9 of magnetic ferrite with notch part 12 are stacked and connected alternately and end materials 10 are arranged at both the ends. Then, core block 15 with its top surface molded by glass 14 is provided with coil winding window 16, frame 17 and bevel 18 by working and mirror finsihing of gap formation surface 19 and back surface 20 is done.
