PURPOSE:To improve the resolution of an ultrasonic oscillator by overlapping the circle motions of larger and smaller diameters upon the linear motions in the radial direction of the larger circle motion. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic oscillator 26 performs a circle motion of a larger diameter X, in case it does not drive a first rotor 5 as well as a motor 2, through an upper disc 13, a tie rod 15, a lower disc 14 and a screw gears 21 and 23 by the rotations of a second rotor 12 relative to a second stator 33. In case the first and second rotors 5 and 12 are not driven, the oscillator 26 performs a circle motion of a smaller diameter Y through a drive shaft 3, a connecting shaft 31 and a crank shaft 27 by the rotations of the motor 2. In case, moreover, the motor 2 and the rotor 12 are not driven, the oscillator 26 is reciprocally moved in the diametrical direction of a frame 1 within a range of a distance L through the gears 21 and 23 and a sleeve 25 by the rotations of the rotor 5 relative to the first stator 32.
