Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a woven pattern with desired roughness and thickness by convectional cells generated within paint film by the procedure in which organic solvent coatings of different viscosities are coated multilaminarly on the surface of a support base and then dried.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of the supporter 12 or the paint film of an instant photographic film unit is first coated with the first paint film 14 of a 100cp or more high-viscous organic solvent coating liquid and then with the second paint film 15 of a 1W20cp low-viscous coating liquid concurrently and multilaminarly to obtain the woven pattern-formed paint film 13. Then, the supporter 12 is sent continuously from a backing road to a drying process where the organic solvent of the second paint film 15 is remarkably evaporated and thereby convectional cells are generated to cause an uneven pattern to produce, while only the organic solvent is evaporated from the first paint film 14 because of its high viscosity without generating convectional cells. Afterwards, a photographic photosensor is overlaid on the non-ornamental side of the supporter 12 to give a photograph without glitter and preventing the adhesion of fingerprint.
