Abstract

An annular electrode (d) is provided at a distance from the electrodes (b) and electrically coupled to the electrode (a). A wind direction rotary switch A is composed of the annular electrode (d) and a brush (e). A pair of opening/closing blades 14 are mounted on a rotary shaft 12. (A) rotary switch (B) for controlling the opening/ closing of the blades is provided at a lower part of the windmill and mechanically coupled to said switch A.
