Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an electrode base having improved conductivity and strength without reducing the porosity and hole diameter by employing an integrated blowing metal and metallic wire or metal band as the electrode base.
CONSTITUTION: A nickel wire having diameter of approx. 0.3mm coated with benezene solution of poly-styrole resin is adhered with 10mm interval on single face of blowing urethane resin having porosity of approx. 95% and depth of 2mm. Then nickel is coated through non-electrolytic galvanization and electrolytic galvanization with approx. 25μ depth, thereafter it is washed with water, dried and thermally processed in the air to remove the resin then furthermore heated in the hydrogen. Consequently the strength of frame is improved through heating while the metal wire is annealed to facilitate the spiral winding.
