Abstract

PURPOSE:To supplement the dependency of the pressure sensitive element on temperature and provide it with a linear quality by providing a correction resistance changing correspondingly to the change in resistance in the potential dividing resistance common portions disposed between the output side of the bridge circuit and the output end of the constant voltage circuit thereof. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure is applied to the pressure sensing elements 21, 22, the resistance values R1, R2 of the elements 21, 22 change and the voltage in the output terminal d changes. As a result of this, output voltage of the operation amplifier 34 changes, causing the current flowing through the variable resistance 39 to be changed. This current flows from the transistor 32 through the base resistance 40, so that the voltage at both ends of the resistance 40 changes and accordingly, the feed voltage of the feed terminals a, b of the bridge circuit 20 is changed. Therefore, in accordance with the change of the pressure, the feed voltage of the bridge circuit 20 is changed.
