Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the distortion factor for the output signal in case the current amplification factors differ for the transistors Tr by securing the same value with use of the operational amplifier for the emitter current of the Tr's used in the complementary SEPP output circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of differential amplifier 200 consisting of transistors TrQ8 and Q9 constituting the input step is applied to TrQ13 and Q14 which form the complementary SEPP circuit. And the output of this circuit is supplied to load 10. Then the bias circuit comprising TrQ12, diodes D5-D8 and others plus the feedback circuit consisting of resistances 18 and 19 plus capacitor C4 are installed to the SEPP circuit. Furthermore, operational amplifier 50 which secures the same value to the emitter current of TrQ13 and Q14 via the difference between the emitter potential of Q14 and the cathode potential of diode D7 is provided, along with Tr15 featuring the same structure as Q14. Thus in case the current amplification factors are different between TrQ13 and Q14, the emitter current is made equal between Q13 and Q14 in order to prevent the deterioration of the distortion factor for the output signal.
