A differential amplifier is known, which contains a differential stage with an unbalanced output and an amplifier with a bipolar transistor connected in accordance with a circuit with a common collector O. The closest to the proposed technical entity is a differential amplifier containing a differential stage made of field-effect transistors, the dynamic load of which is a current mirror with an asymmetrical output, the first bipolar transistor whose base is connected to the output of the differential stage, the current source , the first pin of which is connected to the first power supply bus and the second pin is the output of a differential amplifier, and resistor 2. However, the known differentials ny amplifiers do not provide a low level of non-linear distortion, espe cially in the high frequency region. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the level of nonlinear distortion. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a differential amplifier containing a differential cascade, made on field-effect transistors, the dynamic load of which is a current mirror with an asymmetrical output, the first bipolar transistor, the base of which is connected to the output of the differential stage, is a current source , the first pin of which is connected to the first power supply bus, and the second pin is the output of the differential amplifier, and a resistor, a second bigpolar transistor is inserted, the collector of which is connected n with a second terminal of the current source emitter 42 to the first terminal of the resistor and a second power source bus and the base terminal of a second resistor and emitter of the first bipolar transistor, whose collector is connected to the sources of the FETs of the differential stage. The drawing shows an electrical schematic diagram of the proposed differential amplifier. The differential amplifier comprises a differential stage 1, a dynamic load 2, a first bipolar transistor 3, a current source 4, a resistor 5, and a second bipolar transistor 6. The differential amplifier operates as follows. The input signal is fed to the differential cascade 1. The amplified signal is removed from dynamic load 2 and fed to the base of the first bipolar transistor 3. The collector current of the first bipolar transistor 3, almost equal to its emitter current, is simultaneously a local feedback current and an input current the second bipolar transistor 6, loaded on the source 4 current. At the same time, in the proposed differential amplifier, the local feedback current has a smaller phase shift as compared to the output current of the differential amplifier and is connected with it by a more linear law than in the known differential amplifiers, since the collector current of the second bipolar transistor 6 is connected with the base current through the coefficient, the current gain in the circuit with a common emitter, which is a relatively constant value in the operating frequency range of the input signals and the emitter of the emitter currents of the second bipolar tra ican 6 "Thus, due to administration of the second bipolar transistor 6 decreases level iskaeny differengschalnogo nonlinear amplifier.
