Abstract
PURPOSE: A novel adenine nucleotide derivative is made to link with a macromolecular substance as a ligand, thus producing a substance useful as affinity chromatography adsorbent with industrial advantage.
CONSTITUTION: A novel adenine nucleotide derivative or its salt of formula I [X, Y is H, formula II, III (R, R1 are difunctional hydrocarbyl which may be substituted; at least one of X and Y is organic group; Z is mono-, di- or tri-residue of phosphoric acid] is linked with a macromolecular substance as polylysine, starch or polyacrylic acid through terminal carboxyl or amino groups on the organic group binding with the amino group in the N6 position of the adenine nucleus.
USE: A reaction medium in the enzyme reaction of bioreactors.
