CONSTITUTION:Ceramic foamed material formed by at least one of a group consisting of alumina, mullite, dolomite, sillimanite, steatite, fosterite,zirzon, cordierite, titania, lithia and magnesia or metallic foamed material formed by at least one of a group consisting of nickel, nickel-chromium, copper, copper-nickel, iron, iron- chromium is coated by inorganic heat resisting paint containing one or more of a group consisting of alkaline or alkaline earth metal oxide, hydroxide and carbonate as tar suppressing catalyst. Thus, a coating hardened at low temperature lower than 200 deg.C with high oil resistant, heat resisting and mechanical strength is obtained.
