본 발명은 가정용 연탄 온수 보일러에서 온수통 표면 및 보일러 연도 내벽에 산성수용액으로 인한 저온부식 발생을 방지하고자 기존의 온수통표면 및 연도내부에 내산 법랑을 얇게 코팅하여 만든 내부식성 보일러를 제공함에 있다. 저온부식이란 연탄중에 함유되어 있는 유황분이 연소할 때 SOX를 포함한 연소가스를 발생하고 이 SOx가 온수통과 접촉하여 그 온도가 로점(dew point) 이하로 되면 연소가스중의 수증기와 작용하여 산성수용액(H2SO4)를 형성하는 이 보일러 내부의 강판, 특히 온수통 표면에 응축하여 부식을 발생시키는 것이다. 연탄이 연소통내에서 연소할 때는 그 온도가 상온부터 700℃ 정도까지 변화하지만 온수통 내부에 물이 순환되고 있음으로 온수통 표면의 온도는 상온부터 약 350℃까지 변화한다. 따라서 이 표면에서는 연소가스가 웅축하여 산성수용액을 형성하게 되고 이것은 강재를 부식시키는 가장 큰 원인이 되고 있다.The present invention is to provide a corrosion-resistant boiler made by coating a thin coating of acid enamel on the surface of the existing hot water tank and inside the flue in order to prevent the low temperature corrosion caused by the acidic aqueous solution on the hot water tank surface and the inner wall of the boiler flue in domestic briquette hot water boiler.
