Abstract

PURPOSE:To print on fruits with distortionless impressions without causing damage to them, by printing on water-soluble film, pasting the film on fruits by using adhesive, and then removing the film by dissolution. CONSTITUTION:Printing is made on water-soluble or edible film, made of starch or mannan. Printed sheet is made by covering this printed film with adhesive, such as urethane. The sheet is pasted onto fruits by applying light pressure, such as air pressure or sponge. Then it is removed by dissolution. EFFECT:Since prints are transferred onto fruits after prints are made, no distortion occurs in the impression.
