Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the strength of structure, by dividing a horizontal cylindrical shell of which both ends are blocked with end plates into upper and lower layers by means of a partition board, and composing multiple flush chambers with partition walls disposed at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction of the shell plate. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal shell 1 of which both ends are blocked with end plates 2 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer by means of partition board 3. Partition walls 4 are disposed at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction of this shell plate 1, and flush stages in 12 stages from #1 to #12 are built in this shell 1 with these partition walls 4. Each flush stage is equipped with flush chamber 6, condenser chamber 7, cooling pipe 8, and demister 9. Each flush chamber is kept at a degree of vacuum corresponding to each brine temperature, with noncondensable gas being extractor by an ejected 10. Thus constituting a multistage flush evaporator, the strength of the structure may be increased, and the weight may be reduced.
