Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the failure of this apparatus and the dangers of explosion and fires, by providing this device with an abnormality alarm function. CONSTITUTION:The natural frequency of a burner case 3 covering a burner 2 and a heat exchanger 4 installed to an upper portion of the burner 2 is set to approximate 900Hz. Thus, air supplied from an admission pipe 7 is guided to the burner case 3, and fed into the burner 2 through air holes 6a, 6b while fuel oil is supplied to a bottom of the burner 2 from an oil pipeline 8, sucked up to a nose of an evaporation core 9 and evaporated. When the fuel oil burns near an upper air hole 9b, the burner case 3 and the heat exchanger 4 alternately resonate and combustion sounds are produced by fire vibration in 880-960Hz generated when combustion conditions are brought to abnormal conditions accompanied with yellow fire and soot by blast, etc., and the abnormal conditions are informed, thus preventing the failure of this apparatus and the dangers of explosion and fires produced owing to use as this apparatus remains as it is under the abnormal conditions.
