Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize the operation as well as to improve the linearity by adding the resonance circuit comprising the variable diode and the coil to the positive feedback circuit.
CONSTITUTION: In the frequency modulating device, the positive feedback circuit through the output end of IC-formed amplifier 1 back to the input end of amplifier 1 via resistances 2 and 3 to decide the feedback quantity plus variable capacitor 4 to correct the phase. Then resonance circuit 8 comprising variable capacity diode 5, coil 6 and capacitor 7 to block the modulation signal is added to the frequency modulating circuit to realize the control for the necessary feedback quantity and phase.
