Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable hardening materials to spread into the whole thin receipt portion for molding within a metal mold by pouring the hardening materials while rotating the forming metal mold.
CONSTITUTION: A hollow metal mold 3 is rotatably mounted by means of a rotating shaft 4 between opposite supporters 2 and 2 secured to the upper and lower portions of a stand 1 in the form of U, and a port 5 for pouring hardening materials is provided through the rotating shaft 4, thus constituting a molding apparatus. The hardening materials consisted of resins or cements is poured into the metal mold 3 throuth the port 5 while rotating the metal mold 3. This enables the hardening materials to be filled into every nook and corner in the metal mold 3 due to the action of a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the metal mold 3.
