CONSTITUTION: The pump full height is detected with the pressure converter 8 provided at pump delivery, and this is outputted as the unified signal 9. Further, the power meter 12 detects the input power of the pump 8 drive motor 7 and it is outputted as the unified signal 14 with the power converter 13. The said signal 9 is inputted to the function operator 15 memorizing the product function between the full height and the pump and drive motor efficiency corresponding to the height to output the unified signal 16 of product between the pump efficiency and drive motor efficiency at the height. Further, the signal 18 representing the pump delvery amount is outputted by inputting the signal 14 representing the input power of the said drive motor, signal 9 representing the pump full height, and signal 16 representing the product between the pump efficiency and the drive motor efficiency to the multiplication and division operator 17.
