Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate incineration of oil residue by crushing oil residue into granular or egg size after it is solidified and supply by cooling it at the intake port of a fluid layer apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Solidified oil residue, after being crushed into granular or egg size, is stored at hopper 18, delivered to the supply nozzle 16 by screw feeder 17. Nozzle 16 is provided with cooling jacket 13 on its outer side, wherethru a coolant is flowed from its entrance port 14 to its exit port 15 cooling solidified oil residue and by this cooling function, oil residue is enabled to maintain its solid body form. On the piping from the screw feeder 17 to the nozzle 16, air intake port 19 for pneumatically carrying solidified oil residue toward the fluid layer is provided. Under this construction, oil residue is ejected into the fluid layer 2, maintaining solid form thru feeder 17 and nozzle 16 which is surrounded by cooling jacket 13 and incinerated.
