Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a combustion efficiency and reduce a production of dust by a method wherein crushed materials to be incinerated is added with combustion air and is forcibly transferred into a furnace.
CONSTITUTION: Materials to be incinerated, thrown into a reservoir 7 of a transferring device 5 for the materials to be incinerated and crushed by a crusher 11 and the like, are regulated in its supplying amount thereof by a constant amount feeder 8 and are arrived at an inlet side of a discharging conduit 9. In this case, the materials being crushed are mixed with air properly within the descharging conduit 9 by air sending from a fan 10 and are changed into the materials to be incinerated containing an amount of air equivalent to necessary combustion air. Concurrently, air is transported to a tip end of the discharging conduit 9 by the air sending from the fan 10. These materials to be incinerated added with the amount of air equivalent to the necessary combustion air are sent by pressure onto a furnace floor 2 of a combustion chamber 3 from an opening 4 by only a necessary amount sequentially and are burnt efficiently in the combustion chamber 3 under an assistance of the combustion air added into the combustion chamber 3 through an air feeding tube 12.
