Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction as to code conversion without causing an error, by inputting a correction value or the sum of the correction value and a minimum digital digit of ''1'' to one input of an adding method corresponding to the content of a holding method. CONSTITUTION:A polarity bit signal of shift register 1 is held by latch 4. Then, the polarity bit signal of [0] is added, as it is, to adder 3 by exclusive-OR 2 without inverting it. The polarity bit signal of [1], on the other hand, is added to the adder after being inverted by exclusive-OR 2. Further, only when an input code is of [100 ...], OR gate 8 generates an input, which is applied to gate 5 as a correction value. In addition, a signal of [1] is also applied to gate 5 by LSB signal 6. Then, the output and inversion output of this gate 5 are added together by adder 3.
