Abstract
PURPOSE:To develop always stable images by controlling the quantity of radiation light of originals based on the surface potential detection output of the portions corresponding to a reflecting plate position having a fixed density. CONSTITUTION:A standard white color plate 80 mounted near an original platen glass 54 immediately before exposing the original is radiated with an original-exposure halogen lamp 46 and the scattering and reflecting light thereof is radiated to a drum 47 via mirros 44, 53, 55 and lens 52, etc. With this quantity of radiation light as a standard quantity of light, the sensitivity quantity of the time of actually exposing the original by moving a lamp 46 is changed to the exposure which the operator has arbitrarily set.
