Abstract

PURPOSE: A pressed cosmetic for dry puffing or brushing, free from causing hardening of the surface or powder aggregation, comprising (A) an oily raw material and (B) a polyhydric alcohol having different solubility parameters and free from affinities for each other.
CONSTITUTION: A pressed cosmetic comprising (A) 6W20% of an oily material, e.g. liquid paraffin, having a solubility parameter ≤7.5, and (B) 5W15% of a polyhydric alcohol, e.g. propylene glycol. A larger amount of the oily material than ever before plrovides the improved make-up effect.
