Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy matching for the vibrator film to the fixed plate as well as to eliminate the characteristic dispersion by coating the metal foil on the film surface, providing the terminals across the metal foil and then providing the film support part with insulation to the foil. CONSTITUTION:The Al foil 14 is evaporated to Myler film 11, and oval and spiral conductor 12 (oppostie routes between 12a and 12b) is produced by the photo etching method. Film 11 is then stretched and adhered on the surface of fixed plate 9 containing punched hole 10. Insulated film support parts 14a-14d are provided via slit 15 at the both sides of the width direction as well as at the right and left ends of the longer direction of ribbon substance 8, and hole 10 is enclosed by the film support parts at each inner edge. Terminals 13a and 13b of foil 12 are formed with insulation at support part 14a (14b). In this constitution, the positioning can be facilitated for the vibrator film to the fixed plate, thus realizing the mass production and with the minimized dispersion of the characteristics.
