Abstract

PURPOSE: To let arc force be effected in the direction against gravity and prevent sagging of deposited metal by changing torch angle according to posture position in all position welding.
CONSTITUTION: The angle of a welding torch 3 to piping 1 is changed according to the movement of a welding head 2. For example, when the torch 2 started from 0 o'clock comes to the positon of 3 o'clock, the torch position is detected by a torch position is detected by a torch position sensor 10 and a position assigning plate 11 and a printed motor 12 for turning torch angle is rotated to change the torch angle.
